Over 30,000 information’s influence the average human mind on a daily basis. On top of that, the mind has to deal with many situations that are against the inner values. For example unfairness at work, discrimination, the traffic jam in the rush hour and many more.
That is too much for an ordinary mind to handle, and di-stress (bad stress) is very common in to-days society. Therefore, for a good health condition it is very important that we are able to handle this di-stress on a daily basis. A successful relaxation practice to do so is Autogenic Training. It is easy to learn and not complicated at all.
Through self (Greece autos) training (Greece genos) we influence at first the pulmonary system, then the muscles and the cardiac and nervous system. We experience the interaction of body and mind and learn this way the language of our own system.
When we understand the individual language of our system – then finally – we are able to communicate and correct miss-functions within our own body/mind structure.
We coordinate physical exercises and relaxation practice and integrate them into our daily life.
