Our life style changed in the last two decades drastically and therefore exercising was never as important as it is today.

It actually does not matter if you are a doctor, manager, Government employee, nurse, or an assembly line worker your job is one-sided, stressful and of low physical activity.

Nowadays we use cars, busses, elevators, escalators and as little as possible our body’s own transportation system – the motoric system (bones, joints, and muscles)!

But it is nature’s unique creation! We have hundreds of muscles, hundreds of bones, and about one hundred joints and if we supply our motoric system with the necessary nutrients, it maintains, restores, and even replaces some parts every eight months.

Our motoric system is the motor of life and its proper interaction within our human structure is crucial. Many protein complexes within our motoric system have important enzymatic functions too and therefore maintaining a good muscle condition is a key factor for optimal health!

For the health conscious individual of our time supplemental exercising is of tremendous importance. Not just for body strength and flexibility.

A generally overlooked factum is, that we tell our system through exercising where body maintenance is needed!

A Supplemental Exercising Program has to be independent of any equipment, special places, groups, time or money and it must have a total body effect!

It must besides the supplemental effect also be useable as a compensation program.
